On my last visit to Disney, I was able to stay at the All Star Sports Resort. I’ve previously stayed at The Swan and The Caribbean Beach Resort but this was my first time at an All Star Resort.
This resort is considered a value resort and luckily for us we found a lot of value in staying here. For starters, the price was much more reasonable than our previous stays on Disney property. We were able to take advantage of the Disney shuttles to and from the parks and we also received Magic Bands that worked as our park tickets and room keys. Our stay at The Swan did not include Magic Bands or even a shuttle from the airport.
The food on the resort property was good and making choices was easy because we had purchased the meal plan.
One thing that we love about Disney resort properties is all the fun little touches that they add. They really do a great job with incorportaing the Disney theme.

Pool (under refurbishment)
Overall, our stay at The All Stars Sports Resort was awesome. We had a wonderful time and zero complaints. Yes, the pool was under refurbishment but we typically don’t spend much time at the pool. Most of our time is spent at the parks so this didn’t really matter to us. Plus, they did have another pool located right outside the main building that was able to be used if we wanted. We will certainly consider staying here again.
