The Sugar Factory


International Drive in Orlando is home to tons of fun things. One of the places that we have visited before was I360, the new home to Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum and the Orlando Eye. The first time we visited we made sure to check it all out. This past trip included only enough time for a stop at the Eye. On our way back to our vehicle I spotted The Sugar Factory and knew I had to go in.

Star Wars Launch Bay


With the introduction of new Star Wars movies, Disney is working hard to update Hollywood Studios with it’s own Star Wars themed land. This is obvisouly going to be a giant undertaking and will take a good amount of time. In the meantime, Disney needed to add something Star Wars related to it’s park. Not too mention that Hollywood Studios has been looking a little sparse in the attraction department lately. Queue Star Wars Launch Bay!

Disney’s All Star Sports Resort


On my last visit to Disney, I was able to stay at the All Star Sports Resort. I’ve previously stayed at The Swan and The Caribbean Beach Resort but this was my first time at an All Star Resort.

This resort is considered a value resort and luckily for us we found a lot of value in staying here. For starters, the price was much more reasonable than our previous stays on Disney property. We were able to take advantage of the Disney shuttles to and from the parks and we also received Magic Bands that worked as our park tickets and room keys. Our stay at The Swan did not include Magic Bands or even a shuttle from the airport.
