Now it’s time for a little catching up! It’s been so long since we’ve been able to update the blog but now that things are beginning to settle down we are going to try and write as much as possible.

Back in October we visited Universal Studios. Of course our trip was themed around Halloween Horror Nights but while we were there we tried to take in as much as possible. Our first stop was Cowfish located in CityWalk. On our trip to Universal last year it wasn’t opened until right after we returned home. This time around we were not going to miss it!

We checked in with the interesting cow placed outside the restaurant.

Then made our way upstairs to the dining area.

Of course we had to check out the Cowfish located in a tank right with the hostesses.

Then it was time to check out the menu, finally! We must admit that they have some interesting options. The menu is mostly made up of sushi and burgers, hence the name Cowfish. Here is some pictures of what we ordered.

Everyone enjoyed the sushi, except Laura who has no love for fish of any kind. The burgers were so good! The top one has onion strips, cheese and jalapeno bacon.  The bottom one has onion strings, bacon, cole slaw and ham.

Our waitress was extremely nice and helpful. She was able to guide the table with sushi options. The atmosphere was great even though the restaurant seemed to be on the smaller side with a larger bar area that was filled with fun games. It did have some great views of Universal and even an outdoor balcony.

Overall Cowfish was great! We loved the food and the restaurant and will be there dining on our next adventure to Universal. If you enjoy burgers and sushi or only one of the 2 make sure you stop by Cowfish on your own adventure.
