Ipsy Bag- May 2015

I am loving this month’s Ipsy Bag! Here is what was in it-

I, of course, have to start out with the bag. It’s a really cute beige bag with make-up stamped on the front and the expression VIP: Very Important Products! I just think this is adorable and will probably be swapping out the make-up bag I’ve been using.

Briogeo Rosarco Milk leave in conditioning spray- I am the queen of dry brittle hair so I am looking forward to using this. It has a light milky and floral scent. I am hoping this works for my hair. I use a lot of heat (blow dryer and straightener) which causes a lot of damage to my hair. The bottle claims to help prevent against heat damage and I’m hoping it really does.

Next in the bag was Urban Decay’s Ozone 24/7 glide on lip pencil and 2 shades of lip gloss. The pink color is in Failbait and the purple is in Bittersweet. The lip pencil is used as a primer for the lip gloss.

Then there was Amie Morning Dew matte-finish moisturizer. It is used to help control oiliness and shine while softening and hydrating the skin. I am looking forward to this because lately my skin hasn’t been doing well. It’s been alternating from being really oily and breaking out to being overly sensitive and drying out so badly that I have big patches of dead skin. Hopefully this will help me out and fix all that!

Next in the bag was Luxie #205 for tapered blending brush. I’m not really great with blending so I am hoping that maybe using this brush I can get the hang of it and of course I love the pink color.

The last item in this month’s bag was a gel eyeliner in ebony by Bellapierre Cosmetics. I’ve never used a gel liner before so this should be interesting. Most liners I’ve used tend to run a lot on me and I end up looking like I have black eyes! I’m hoping this one won’t do the same thing.

Overall I am quite pleased with the contents of this month’s Ipsy Bag. I am looking forward to using them and as I do I will certainly share my experiences.
