Fabulous Findings! Work Tote and Makeup Bags

While I was out running a bunch of errands I stopped at a CVS because I needed to buy some Vitamin D pills. (How exciting?) I immediately went in and grabbed the vitamins but before I left I made a beeline for the nail polish. I managed to pull myself away but on the way to the register I noticed a really cute black tote. When I checked it out I realized it was on clearance for $12.99. I was in need of a new tote for work so I quickly grabbed it and headed to the checkout.

Here’s the bag I got-

Even though the photo isn’t that great the bag is actually a black color.

I was even more excited when I got home and realized that the items I need to take with me to meetings would all fit right into the bag.

I then also realized that it came with two other smaller bags. Here they are-

This one I use as a makeup bag.

The smaller black one I have yet to use.

I am absolutely loving this tote bag. It makes carrying around my stuff so much easier. For only $12.99 this was certainly a steal! Have you had any Fabulous Findings lately? Let me know in the comments.

Nail Art # 33- Cinderella Inspired!

Today is the last day of my Disney inspired nail art and it features a Cinderella theme. This look was really easy to create.

Here’s what I did-

1.) I applied a base coat by Nutra Nail.

2.) I then put on 2 coats of Sinful Colors in Sail La Vie.

3.) After it was all dry I used a glitter polish by L.A. Colors to create the sparkles. I only placed it on the tips to about half way down my nails.

4.) I then used a speed dry top coat by Sally Hansen to finish off my Cinderella look.

I hope you have enjoyed the past few days of Disney inspired nail art. I hope to do more in the future and hopefully this trip will inspire me to create more looks!

Let me know in the comments if you have any nail art suggestions. It doesn’t have to be Disney so just let me know of any ideas that come to mind!

Nail Art # 32- Winnie the Pooh Inspired

We are still at Disney so to keep up with the Disney theme today’s nails are inspired by Winnie the Pooh!

Here’s how I created this look-

1.) I started  by applying Keratin 3 day treatment as a base coat.

2.) I then applied 2 coats of Show Stopper by Pure Ice.

3.) I then used a black nail art polish by The Color Workshop. This polish has a small brush which makes nail art easy to do. I used it on all my nails to create the Winnie the Pooh look.

4.) When it was all dry I applied a speed dry top coat by Sally Hansen.

Here is the finished look-

Overall I am not really happy with how this turned out but I am loving the Disney theme. Winnie the Pooh was one of my favorites growing up which made this really fun to do. Please let me know what Disney related nail art you would like to see in the future in the comments below!

Nail Art #31- Minnie Mouse Inspired

We are at Disney World so I thought I would share a few Disney inspired nail art over the next few days! This first look  was inspired by Minnie Mouse. Here is how I created the look-

1.) I started out by applying Keratin 3 day growth as a base coat.

2.) I then applied 2 coats of Red Alert by L.A. Colors on all my fingers except my ring fingers.

3.) On my ring fingers I applied 2 coats of Make Them Boys Go Loco By Fergie for Wet N’ Wild.

4.) Once it was completely dry I used my dotting tool to apply small white dots on all my fingers, excluding the ring fingers. For the white dots I used Hard to Get by Sally Hansen.

5.) I topped it all off with Sally Hansen’s Insta Dry top coat.

Here is the completed look-

I have a few other Disney inspired looks that I will share with you over the next few days. Let me know in the comments where you get your nail art inspiration from and don’t forget to follow us on twitter to see what we are up to in Disney World!
